Trademarks, domains and distinctive signs
All registered and unregistered trademarks of products or services, logos, banners, headings, address books, domains, and any other distinctive signs that appear on this site are owned by the Municipality. All rights reserved. They can be used only with the prior written consent of the owner.

Any action reserved to the owner of the rights by national and international laws on trademarks and distinctive signs carried out without his authorization will be prosecuted civilly and criminally.

Use of the portal
In no case may the Municipality be held responsible for damages of any nature caused directly or indirectly by accessing the site, by the inability or impossibility of accessing it, by the reliance and use of the information contained therein.

The Municipality assumes no responsibility for the content of the documents or the characteristics of the documented products, nor for the functioning of the programs.

What can be downloaded from the portal may be covered by copyright, rights of use and / or copy of the respective owners; therefore the Municipality invites you to check the conditions of use and rights and is explicitly relieved of any responsibility in this regard.

The Municipality does not guarantee that the site is free of errors or viruses. The Municipality and its suppliers are not responsible for any damage suffered by the user as a result of these destructive agents.
