We inform you that, considering the landscape constraint imposed on the entire municipal area by the Decree of the Minister of Education of 10/06/1952, for the cutting of plants point 22 of Annex B to the Presidential Decree n.31 of 13/02/2017 requires the submission of the application for landscape authorization.

Art. 19 paragraph 2 letter. C of the Building Regulations also prescribes that “They are subject to prior notification:… .omissis…. C) the cutting of trees and the eradication of hedges within the areas not subject to the hydrogeological constraint, without prejudice to the absolute prohibition of topping the resinous essences. The communication referred to in this point 2 must be made at least thirty days before the execution of the cut ".

Therefore it should be noted that whoever intends to cut trees and plants must:

• obtain landscape authorization by contacting a qualified technician;
• proceed with the communication of tree species felling (accompanied by photographic documentation) to the Private Building Office of the Municipality of Cortina d'Ampezzo, using the form attached to this notice, to be delivered personally to the Protocol Office or sent by certified e-mail at edpr@pec.comunecortinadampezzo.it.
