Following the loss, the citizen can ask the Municipality to reprint one or both halves of the PIN and PUK security codes associated with his CIE 3.0.
The PIN enables the CIE to access the services offered by public administrations and private individuals.
The PUK unlocks the CIE after three incorrect PIN entry attempts.
Use a smartphone with an NFC interface or a computer with a contactless smartcard reader and the PIN associated with the CIE
