Municipaly Executive Committee

It is the executive body of the Municipality that carries out acts of Government. It consists of the Mayor, who chairs it, and a maximum number of seven Councilors, identified by the same with his own deed.

What does he/she/it do?

The Municipaly Executive Committee, executive body of the municipal administration, collaborates with the Mayor in the adoption of the administrative acts for the implementation of the programmatic lines, acts not reserved by the law to the Council and not delegated by the Statute and Regulations to other bodies of the Municipality or attributed to the competence of the Service Managers.

It also exercises an impulse and proposal activity towards the City Council, basing its activity on the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative action, in compliance with the principles and general guidelines determined by the City Council.
